At JayaStudio, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging included.

For non-quality related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received due to our error, we will cover the return or replacement cost.

Please do not send returns to the shipping address shown on the package. Contact our customer support first to receive the correct return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, intimate or personal-use items such as underwear, socks, and similar products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Items returned without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality related returns.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for eligible items. If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference must be paid. If the replacement item costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
